Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened Items
Opened skincare, sunscreen, masks, and personal-care products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue quickly.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
